V.A. 6/13/18

V.A. received four DUI charges and two hit and run charges from a case involving multiple car accidents he was involved in on the same day, case RESULTED in a plea to REDUCED charges of one count of reckless driving and one count of duty upon striking a fixture.

G.B. 5/9/18

G.B was charged with DUI drugs and reckless driving after he was speeding 100 mph in a 45 mph zone and ran two stop signs, case RESULTED to a plead to the LESSER offenses of reckless driving and failure to exercise due care.

K.W. 5/2/18

K.W. received a charge of DUI under 21 unlawful alcohol concentration after his blood alcohol concentration was found to be a .067, more than three times the legal limit for under 21 drivers, case RESULTED in a plea to the LESSER offense of reckless driving.

B.C. 4/27/18

B.C. was charged with DUI under 21 in which she registered a .091 on the state test, case NEGOTIATED to a LESSER charge of reckless driving which she plead to after her 21st birthday in order to prevent any license suspension.

K.E. 4/16/18

K.E. received charges of driving left of center lane, hit and run, failure to maintain lane, failure to dim headlights, driving with a suspended license, and DUI (fourth offense), case RESULTED in a plea to one count of reckless driving.

3/14/18 B.W.

B.W. was facing his third dui charge in a ten year period, he refused testing but admitted to marijuana in his system, he was found to be in possession of marijuana and also cited with failure to maintain lane and violation of an ignition interlock permit, case RESULTED in a plea to failure to maintain lane and reckless driving.

D.C. 2/24/18

D.C. was charged with DUI after he was pulled over for running a red light, he was found to have an open container in the car and blew a .185 and received a charge of DUI, case RESULTED in a plea to the LESSER offense of reckless driving and the open container charge was DISMISSED.

M.M. 2/24/18

M.M. was facing a DUI drugs charge, and while it was pending she subsequently received another DUI, in this case she wrecked her car and fell down an embankment, case NEGOTIATED to a reckless driving while the other charges are still pending.

P.S. 2/15/18

P.S. received a DUI drugs charge, the arresting officer observed her behavior to be consistent with her admission of taking and blood results confirming the presence of multiple CNS depressants and other controlled substances, case RESULTED in a plea to the LESSER offense of reckless driving.

1/10/18 J.C.

J.C. was involved in a crash and was facing charges of DUI, fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, open container and too fast for conditions, his blood alcohol level was a .11, case RESULTED in a plea to LESSER OFFENSES of one count of reckless and too fast for conditions.

K.H. 10/26/17

K.H. was involved in a wreck where he crashed into a guardrail and another car and was charged with DUI, he admitted to drinking alcohol and taking impairing prescription medication, case RESULTED in a plea to the LESSER offense of reckless driving.

8/8/17 B.S.

B.S. was involved in an at-fault motor vehicle wreck where he hit a motorcycle, he was charged with DUI and his blood alcohol concentration result was .124, case RESULTED in a plea to the LESSER offense of reckless driving.

J.L. 6/22/17

J.L. was facing his second DUI charge and his third driving with suspended license charge, he passed out at the wheel and was found with syringes in his pocket and admitted heroin use, case RESULTED in pleas to LESSER offenses of reckless driving and driving with no license.

M.S. 5/23/17

M.S. crashed her car and left the scene, then was located by law enforcement and charged with hit and run and DUI unlawful alcohol concentration for an under 21 driver, after she blew a .107, more than 5 times the limit for under 21 drivers, case NEGOTIATED to a DISMISSAL of the hit and run and a REDUCTION of the DUI charge to reckless driving.
